Edus Rippe, age 87 of Auburn, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015 at CHI St. Elizabeth in Lincoln.

Survivors include her children and their spouses Virgene and Larry Rasmussen of Denver; Mark and Barb Rippe of Auburn; Debora and Ken Heidzig of Auburn; Daniel and Linda Rippe of Auburn; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Leola Heuke of Lincoln; sisters-in-law Vivian Fintel of Floral City, FL; Jone Fintel of Bradenton, FL; Iva Dell and Larry Bohlken of Auburn; Phyllis Rippe of Johnson; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, May 26, 2:0 0 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Auburn. Burial will follow in Martin Luther Cemetery near Johnson. Visitation will be at the funeral home in Auburn Monday noon to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.
