Robert Lee “Bob” Rieschick, 81, of Havensville, KS passed away March 26, 2015 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. He was born November 11, 1933 in Soldier, the son of Ernest and Margaret (Hanna) Rieschick.

Bob graduated from Havensville High School and later received his Associates Degree in Agriculture Business. He had lived in the Havensville, Valley Falls, Holton and Elsmore, MO communities.

Bob served in the United States Marines for over 20 years during Vietnam War. After retiring from military service, he was a cattle farmer in Missouri. He and his wife, Nancy, also operated a mobile library.

He married Nancy J. Sherman on September 28, 1963 in Hardeeville, SC. She preceded him in death on February 10, 2015. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn “Lorene” Collins on September 25, 1996 and a nephew.

Survivors include a brother, William “Bill” Rieschick of Topeka and many nieces and nephews.
