Barbara L. Hahn, 71, of Falls City, NE, passed away March 29, 2015 at Falls City. She was born March 19, 1944 at Falls City to the late John and Capitola (Furnas) Young.

On June 12, 1966 she married Larry J. Hahn at Falls City.

Barb was raised at Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1962 and graduated Peru State College with a teaching degree and taught at Salem, NE for one year. When married the couple established their home in Falls City and she worked at J. C. Penny, Pamida and Community Medical Center. She was also a bookkeeper for Young Music Company which was owned by her father. She retired from the hospital in 1999 due to her health. She was a member of First United Methodist Church at Falls City.

Barb is survived by her husband, Larry of Falls City, son, Steven of San Antonio, TX, daughter, Cherie Frederick and her husband Mike of Falls City, and granddaughters, Emma and Taylor Frederick of Falls City. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Weinert officiating. Interment will be in Steele Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
