Donald I. Rogers, age 85 of Auburn, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Society-Auburn.

Survivors include his special friend Diane Brink of Auburn; daughter and son-in-law Yancy and Al Armstrong of Auburn; grandsons Todd (Angel) and Adam (Kristine); great-grandsons Jordan, Dylan, and Gage; great-great-grandchildren Marlie, Trevor, Ihrey, and Hialee.; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, December 23, 1:00 p.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Military honors will follow, provided by American Legion Post #23 of Auburn. Burial will be app. 3:15 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Cemetery at Peru. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with family greeting friends 6:00 to 8:00.
