Lorraine "Tootie" Hoy, age 83, of Falls City, died Sunday, July 27.

She was born October 5, 1930, in Falls City to Russell and Marie Flanagan. She married Stacy "Bill" Hoy on June 30, 1951. He passed away September 13, 2005. Tootie was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church of Falls City, the Legion of Mary, and Catholic Daughters.

Survivors include her children Stacy William (Ann) Hoy III of Dallas, TX, Patrick J.(Jan) Hoy of Billings, MT, Michael J. (Wanda) Hoy of Lincoln, NE, Timothy J. (Gayle) Hoy of San Antonio, TX, Kathleen E. (Dr. Ellis) Williams of Leavenworth, KS, James K. (Ann) Hoy of Falls City, Stephen R. (Stacy) Hoy of Falls City, and Brian T. (Tanya) Hoy of Clayton, NC; 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 31, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Falls City Catholic Cemetery.

A rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, with family to receive friends following the rosary.

The Catholic Daughters rosary will be recited at the Dorr & Clark Funeral Home at 3 p-m Wednesday afternoon.
